About the Author
Talia Green, author of the poetry collection Faces and Frames (Assure Press), is a New York-based writer, editor, and musician. Talia studied Creative Writing at Emory University, and is the recipient of several accolades for her writing, including the Artistine Mann Award, the First Place Award in the William Faulkner Literary Competition, and the First Place Award in the Mahatma Gandhi Writing Contest at Princeton University. Among other publications, her work has appeared in SELF Magazine (Condé Nast), A Gathering of the Tribes Magazine, and Alloy Literary Magazine.
In the music scene, Talia is a vocalist and songwriter blending introspective, lyric-driven pop with a dynamic live presence rooted in pop, funk, and soul. She has performed at renowned venues such as Rockwood and The Delancey. On August 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. ET, she will be playing the legendary stage at The Bitter End.
